I am currently using SISCO and LITTLE's "POWER FACTOR TRAINING" and the weight, growth and results are out of this world. I recomend it to everyone. My favorite exercise is the close grip bench. I modified it so its more like skull crushers (lying tri extensions) Unbelievable results. Look forward to your informative postings.

Close Grip presses are an awesome way to put a lot of resistance on your Triceps...
