HCG as part of PCT

TweetGot off a very long fina cycle and started PCT over a week ago.
Taking Nolva , Arimdex , Proviron and some Tribulus.
I WAS taking CLOMID ED for the first week but I had to stop.

I remember reading somewhere that it can help make you get into some serious deppression but I never thought it would the way it did with me.
Man, since I started taking it, I was ultra-depressed.
By the end of the week, when I took Clomid in the morning, come lunch time I was a mess.

I haven't taken it the last 2 days and I feel much better. Actually in good spirits.

Now I read somewhere that although HCG is recommended for use DURING a cycle, that It can still help if I take it during PCT. Considering what I just went through, can this help make me get my boys in order and start my natural test to kick in?

TweetYou don't want to take it during pct. You could have taken it right before pct but not during. Since you have already started pct I would continue it a few more weeks minus the clomid. Hcg keeps your testes from shrinking or can bring them back to size if they have shrunk but does nothing in terms of getting your natural test production going.

i think thats a better idea than using hcg now. if he uses hcg now it will swell up his nuts but its gonna start shuttin him down again imo. and the lack of libido will depress him like crazy. interesting idea IG, i think it might work!

TweetI'll defer to the more experienced bros, but I see what you're thinking . . . I just think that he's been on for so long already - I think if it was a 10 week cycle yes, but right now he just needs to recover as best he can.

I think being "on" longer would hurt him. Another two weeks of Test would still be two weeks that his nutts are atrophied - he hasn't made a dent in his recovery after one week of PCT IMO. That would mean he is shut down for 19-20 weeks, for all practical purposes. That is a long time.

If depression is the big worry, get some anti-depressants from your doc, and order the HCG - I think getting the boys up and running is priority #1. With Nolva alone that will take much longer. Just my opinion.

NO NO...speaking from experience please don't look at anti-depressants as a quick fix for depression. especially if its just temporary due to hormones. these drugs can and will fuck you up and should not be taken lightly.

i see what ur sayin about the hcg but in order for it to work properly it has to be done in the correct order. reguardless its gonna be a tough recovery for him. i think if he starts hcg now then he will need to stop nolva clomid and restart when hcg is finished.

I don't mean to come across like that. I take them, and I know they don't solve your problems. But depression is a symptom of temporary (usually) hormonal imbalance. The right medication can help restore (or maintain) that balance. Simply put, it works.

Since he's stopped Clomid and only running Nolva for PCT, he can do the HCG on top of it with no problem.

Tweeti could be wrong but from my understanding it doesn't matter if its nolva or cloimid. the hcg has to be done before both of them starts.

TweetI don't know bro. I think some of the more experienced bros need to chime in on your case. My line of thinking is this: Your hormonal balance is completely phucked. Why not try to get at least 2 weeks of prop back into your system and then hit the HCG, followed by your SERMs. But there are differing opinions to your quandry. So, I digress and hope that someone else will share their opinion on the matter.
