TweetI just watched his "New Improved And Beyond" I must say its pretty boring its just him working out at different gyms in Vegas and shows his crib and a few extras .Its great motivation but I would rather pick Pumping Iron over any of these solo videos .Lets just say Arnold makes it better he had charisma ,Any good solo videos thats worth to watch ? Not putting Jay down but he needs loosen up when he's shooting vids to make it more interesting, he was too serious thats what made it long to watch .....4hours but Its still good to have in my collection.

TweetHe works out at the Gold's I go to. Not going to pay to see his ass. However, the Coleman video rocks. Low budget but awesome watching that freak lift weights. He squats 8 something for 2 reps, uses 200lb dbells for flat bench and incline, and leg presses 2,300 for 12 or 15 reps!
