      Creatine Ethyl Ester HCL

      A membrane permeable form of Creatine that theoretically can enter the cell without having to use the Creatine transporter molecule. Users are reporting substantial increases in strength, with none of the gastrointestinal discomfort or water bloat associated with the Monohydrate form, with as little as 2 grams per day.

      Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take 3 capsules twice daily.

      Workout days: Take 3 capsules with 16oz of water 15-30 minutes before workout. Take another 3 capsules with 16oz of water 15-30 minutes after workout.

      Non workout days: Take 3 capsules with 16oz of water with first meal. Take another 3 capsules with 16oz of water with meal 4-6 hours later.

      LOL, search is great but he is new!

      Bro, I take mine and mix it up with grape juice. Just enough to shoot like a shot of liquir. It mixes well. Either way you take it, it will taste bad. But it is some good stuff.
