      Man, FG was my first home long ago. It's nice to see it back on track. FG has a good group of bro's, very experienced, great advice. I havent been around much, but plan to be. I see alot of familiar names.

      Great group of healthy knowledged people ,learned quite a bit since joining .Gets me going to the gym, great motivation as well lots of experienced people thats been around the game and know there sh_t ! Hope it stays around for awhile !
