On the following, w/ a goal of leaning out, what would speed it up?
I figured some Clen/Winny but, where would you add it in?

      Cyp 600/wk 15 wks
      EQ 400/wk 15 wks
      Var 30/day 6 wks (10-15)

*I'm not a fan of prop, so I opted for Cyp. Although it's said to add water retention, I've never used it before so I thought I might give it a try and lose the water down the road.
*I mentioned this about a week ago, but forgot to ask about the above. Thanks in advance. Shiner

prop is painfull and i dont blame anyone for not likeing it.

clen and t-3 will help lean out, but the majority of getting cut is diet and cardio but im sure u already know this.

Thanks, fellas. I thought about running Clen/T3 all the way through, but didn't know what others thoughts were. Just wanted to check & see if running clen, t3, or winny that long could have any bad sides...peace bros, Shiner

Maybe some winny or prop to start but nothing else imo.

T3 doesnt need a slow ramp up. You can increase it 25 mcgs ed at the beginning.

Sounds good, I think I'll throw the winny in w/ the var @ the end.
And then maybe the Clen/T3 just on-off through wk 1-6.

Guess that's all I needed for last minute questions. So thanks bros. I'll get back with you in a few weeks. Week 1 is almost over, but I'll see ya in a few. Peace, Shiner
