TweetIf I was everyone I would send e-mails on how they are planning on never watching MTV again if they go through with this.
TweetI was wondering if anyone has seen this yet. I think MTV is about to start some real shit with this. They are looking for steroid users 18-25 to be on the show and talk about it, and let cameras follow them around. How stupid could it get. But check this out for yourself. https://www.mtv.com/onair/castingcall...tml?id=1486761
I thought it was a joke at first but it's not. You know whats going to happen. They will get some highschool jock that has used a little and hurt someone to be on there. It is all about the media.
Here is the casting call from the site:
Be on MTV's Documentary Series, 'True Life'
MTV's Documentary Series, True Life is looking for people right now.
True Life: I'm on Steroids
Although many people spend hours at the gym attempting to sculpt the perfect body, not everyone gets their desired results. Are you looking for bigger, stronger, more impressive muscles, and will do anything it takes to get them? Do you want to take your athletic performance to the next level no matter what the cost? Even if it means taking steroids?
Or maybe you're not to the point where you're doing steroids, but simply a high school jock who's feeling the pressure to win & taking growth hormones and supplements like Creatine to boost your performance?
If appear to be between the ages of 18-25 and are willing to share your personal experience concerning steroid use on camera, please e-mail us at steroids@mtvstaff.com with your name, location, phone number, and story.

TweetI don't watch it anyway.

I do not condone the use of, nor do I use anabolic or androgenic steroids. My participation on these boards is for informational purposes only. I have done extensive research of AAS and enjoy discussing them for role playing enjoyment.
TweetThey only want ppl 18-25 what a joke.
Tweetthey will find some stupid youngsters that don't know what they are talking about or doing and make it look bad again.
TweetEXACTLY!!! They won't know the first fu**ing thing about gear and how to cycle properly. Hell, I bet PCT won't even be mentioned...lmao!Originally Posted by mick-G

TweetThats why i laughed when i saw their criteria 18-25yrs. So what they won't put someone on that say 26-35? Why? Cause they might tell the truth about aas, and MTV is all about adolesence. Have you ever seen there shows, lol! And they will also have youngsters asking them dumb questions.
TweetWell where I read that they said that they would consider older AAS users, but they would have to look young. Which that should tell everyone who they are targeting. They want to make it out like kids are now using sense all the sports hooblaa!!! Just like Bary Bonds said on his press release. Do you think steroids really make you hit the ball, be able to swing at the right moment? In all reality. AAS is no different than taking OTC Supplements other than one really works, and one does a little but more harm than good. No telling what the out come of the show will be. And you can tell all the educated users aren't jumping at this. It will be someone without the correct knowledge. In our local paper today Arnold S. stated that he doesn't regret using steroids, but it was under doctors supervision.
Tweetjust another bad rep there going to give steriods...damn shit
TweetWe'll have to see how it plays out...
Could be recieved as a steroid commerical.
Tweetthis show will be a complete joke. 18-25? stop with me!!! it's a shame that the kids today have nowhere to turn for information set in a format that caters to them.
on the plus side, not all kids a stupid enough to buy into the bull..my son hits the mute button anytime someone starts talking!!!

TweetI would be nice for some show to accurately portray steroids and the people that use them, unfortunately I don't think MTV will have a very good selection of willing participants.
My guess is there will be some dumbass pimply meathead on there who does 22 week cycles and wears leopard print MC Hammer pants - even when he isn't at the gym.
Tweetlmao, that's exactly what they want!!!Originally Posted by SUGARBABY
