      MY RELAXATION IS THE GYM.I CAN REMEMBER BACK IN MY TWENTIES AND EARLY THIRTIES I WOULD STAY OUT ALL NIGHT WITH THE BUDDIES.BUT I WOULD ALWAYS GO TO THE GYM NO MATTER WHAT I DID THE NIGHT BEFORE.ANOTHER RELAXATION FOR ME NOW AND ITS A BIG ONE IS JUST WATCHING MY DAUGHTER PLAY,I CAN DO THAT ALL DAY.

      I'd def. have to agree with you there, on the gym thing. It is by far my favorite part of the day. Even if my schedule was so hectic that I worked till 10 at night, I still can't wait to get there. There's just something about spending time @ the gym. It's not just the feeling after a great workout, but also being around people who understand what it means to make a lifetime commitment to healthy living.....oh, ya, I like sex and sportscenter, too! ....Shiner

      I would say sleep also ! I need at least a good 8-9 hours of sleep but lately havn't gotten it lately maybe 4-5 hours ,I just woke up and was gonna workout but man my stomach is hurting me I hope its not a stomach flu .I just started taking protein shakes,creatine maybe its that cause thats what you go through if you stop and start taking supps again. I can relate to the gym thing also ! Cant wait till you get off work and hit them weights and get that stress out of you .

      Physical stress release is the gym or mountain biking.

      Mental stress release is chess or PS2.

      Relaxation is watching tv or, like you mentioned, anything with my son.
      I used to have superhuman powers....until my therapist took them away.

      wait till you get 2 or 3 of them fuzo...yea, that 3x's the relaxation......not.
      summertime it's laying out by the lake, watching the kids play, and the bikini's go by.
      wintertime, is a nap in front of the fireplace with the game on...any game! (of course the kids are at grandma's!!)

      I don't know if the gym is relaxing, but it is my stress reliever. I definitely feel so much better after a workout.
