I would say sleep also ! I need at least a good 8-9 hours of sleep but lately havn't gotten it lately maybe 4-5 hours ,I just woke up and was gonna workout but man my stomach is hurting me I hope its not a stomach flu .I just started taking protein shakes,creatine maybe its that cause thats what you go through if you stop and start taking supps again. I can relate to the gym thing also ! Cant wait till you get off work and hit them weights and get that stress out of you .
