      Default God it watching me...

      I went downstairs to get something to eat for my 4th meal - nothing good so I got trail mix with fake M&M's in it...and the m&m's taste like bung - that was God telling me not to eat sugar

      God works in mysterious ways.

      LOL...that's gotta suck. I've had that happen before. I went to taco bell one time while I was trying to diet down, and thought I'd splurge on a saturday night. I ordered all chicken soft tacos (so I wouldn't Totally ruin the meal) and then two bean burritos. I knew the soft tacos would be "okay", but the burritos were crap. I got home and they screwed up the WHOLE ORDER. That's what I get, though...Shiner

      YOGA.....I've always wondered exactly what that's all about. Do you do Yoga, FUZO? I've heard it's extremely relaxing and helps to relieve stress physically and psychologically...Shiner

      i have to do yoga, and it def. helps with flexability. I always feel more energized after it, but i dont do it by choice my coach makes me.
