• Red Yeast Rice one in morning one with dinner very good high cholesterol

• parsley and garlic tab very good for cholesterol and bp

• Acidophilus by Now the 2 billion for overall GI flora

• Colostrum 500mg ed by Now. Very good for immune system.

• Vit-C 1000mg ed by Now, may switch to Ester C as it is better absorbed by the body.

• Glucosamine & Chondroitin by 21st Century get them at Kroger Grocery one tab ed for joints

• Fruit Calcium +D by Vigor Source

• when on cycle Milk Thistle 600mg and two tabs ed one in morn and one in evening LIV-52 and R-ALA by Syntax

• for EFA's Cod Liver Oil cap and Flaxseed Oil Cap get at Hospital by Basic

• Melatonin 5mcg at night to promote good sleep pattern

BTW, if you ever get chance go to your local major Hospital Pharmacy. I get most of my Vitamins cheap there and they have better quality than the retail.
