TweetGood lord
TweetYeah, he's a big ole boy. I can't even imagine what it costs to eat like that, not to mention what he's probably paying for all his gear. I know he uses Anthony Ricciuto as a nutritionalist and that guy doesn't come cheap. He was running a "deal" at one time for a 12 week personalized nutrition/supplement program for $500.
TweetIf someone here has some time on their hands, could they calculate the caloric breakdown of this diet. I would find that info very interesting.
TweetSounds like too much Vitamin C.
Im no expert, but I do know 2,000mg is the max per day for Men. He is taking about 8,000mg according to this diet.
TweetVit C is not a fat soluble vitamin, so any "extra" will be passed in urine.
TweetTrue, its a water soluble vitamin but 8,000g seems excessive. I bet he is wasting most of it. I didnt see any negative information on excessive doses of Vitamin C anywhere, though there are unfounded rumors of kidney stone formation, pro-oxidant effect and excess iron absorption.Originally Posted by HungarianBeast
