Hey gents need you help.I just receved my liqui-clen to day thanks,only took 2 day's great.Well i never taken it before and need some help on how much to take an when to take it
.I receved 2,30ml 200mcg per ml bottles,theirs 7 week's till the show,I still weigh around 225 lbs need to loose about 8 more pounds.I just have some lower belly fat,and a little on my back.
