anyone ever been on a cruise??

Tweetme and my girlfriend and a few other couples are looking to go on a cruise, we are egonna leave from mobile, al and i think go to cozumel, mexico in april just wondering if anyone has ever done anyhitng like this and what your experience was like its 349.00 for everything except the booze!! and whatever we do off the boat..... anyone have a good place to get deals on this???

TweetThey get you with the booze and your supposed to tip everybody almost, lol! Carnival is good, but you got to ask questions like if the particular ship your going on has alot of families with kids, or is more of a senior ship etc. You prob won't want to be on one that is catering to seniors or families with kids. Also i was told to get the cheapest cabin, then when you arrive at the ship before embarking ask if you can upgrade. They will give you an upgrade if there is one available at no cost. I have heard of ppl getting suites or at least two steps up in cabin, because the liner didn't book them. Carnival has many ships. Here are some good tour companies with their direct booking #'s it is easy to do over the phone and you get your tickets thru the mail never had a prob.

ur good to go then bro. carnival is more geared towards a younger party crowd. you will have an awesome time. and cozumel is beautiful, you will love it and the girls will love the shopping. HERE IS A WARNING!! you most likely will be approched by guys tryin to get u to buy weed or other rec drugs. also you will see miliatary guys with machine guns, especially when you get off the boat. i was approached by 2 different guys...i said no. i watched them as we walked around and shopped. both guys that approached me i saw talking to miliatary guys in the alleys off the street. i ahve no idea if they were trying to pull something but i sure as hell was not gonna take a chance....and i hope u don't either.
