not sure if this was overkill or not...too late did/finishing it. started 181 lbs i'm currently at 193lbs now. i've done similer cycles to this before, and i can never keep the gaines. i'm 80% sure it has to do with pct. so help a brother out.
have liquid nolva on hand, can get clomid, if must. will get what ever i need (if i can). oh, this is 5th prohormone/steroid cycle. first three no pct kept gains.

TweetYou got two choices to help you hold more gains. Pct is a must but doing a longer cycle with pct is going to imporve your chances even more. The only one I've ever done is clomid. It goes like this:

Anadrol/Anapolan: 8 - 12 hours after last administration
Deca: 3 weeks after last injection and clomid for 4 weeks
Dianabol: 4 – 8 hours after last administration
Equipoise: 3 weeks after last injection
Fina: 3 days after last injection
Primobolan depot: 10 – 14 days after last injection
Sustanon: 3 weeks after last injection
Testosterone Cypionate: 2 weeks after last injection
Testosterone Enanthate: 2 weeks after last injection
Testosterone Propionate: 3 days after last injection
Testosterone Suspension: 4 – 8 hours after last administration
Winstrol: 8 – 12 hours after last administration

Dosage:
Day 1 300mg ed
Days 2-11 100 mg ed
Days 12-21 50 mg ed
