      yeah, i had that once, til I did legs. Now I can't walk and the thought of looking at weights makes my legs tremble.

      do like i did and do your cardio and legs and abs...at least you can do that. trust me, let the wrist heal before you start the weights. i hated just as bad as you. i wanted to go crazy!!

      yeah thats what i'm doin bro. i do cardio every morning, abs when i get home from work and legs once a week. i'm gonna try and lose all my bf in the mean time. its just frustrating cutting and not lifting. i'm so worried about losing muscle. i know i'll get it back in no time once i'm in the gym again, it just sucks seein your muscles flat
