      Hey guys, i would like to thank every1 for asking how i was doing.....i got really sick...As a matter of fact, i had a combo of (test flu, regular flu and cold and fever that i got from my co workers at my job)..and guys believe me, i dropped 13 pounds in 3 days..... and ohhhhhhhhhh a sore throat as well....today(sat), i'am feeling a bit better, but still my throat hurts and a heavy head...... but thanks again.......... :smiliecol

      Yea bro, not to worry. Most of that weight will be back in no time. At worst you might have lost 1-2 pounds of muscle. Glad you are coming around.

      now here in VA the temp is crazy as hell , wtf is going on???? goes up to 45-52 and then drop back to 12-19 at nite time....man every1 is getting sick around here, but i'am gald that i'am over it.....
