TweetOn Thursdays, I typically do back/bi's. Would it be better to do back on Thursdays and bi's on Friday. I've been told not to do them together. Any advice???

Tweeti dont think doing them together will hurt you. however, youre intensity level may suffer. for me back is a *****, so i would tend to let my intensity suffer. also, youre gym should be fairly dead on friday, which is always good for a loud and heavy lift.
TweetI tried to work them together but like said above,by the time back was over it was hard to really get a good bi workout.My split now is

shoulders
arms

If that is the case I would hit your tris light when with chest and then hard on monday with bi's
TweetDoing them together is fine. Just make sure that you go smart on the biceps at the end of your workout so you don't hurt yourself.
