      I WAS WONDERING THE SAME THING BICEP HELL I WAS FREEZING MY BALLS OFF TODAY. AND AS FAR AS THE ALABAMA SPECIAL FORCES UNIT IVE TRAINED WITH THOSE GUYS AND KNOW A FEW OF THEM PERSONALLY AWAY FROM THE TRAINING ENVIROMENT AND THEY ARE IN BETTER SHAPE THAN 99% OF U GUYS ON HERE.
