Kind of

I didn't look through all of the recipes in the forum, so if this has already been posted, I apologize

All you do is take one low-fat graham cracker (I've tried to find low-fat chocolate ones!..but only had luck finding the regular kind). Break it in half, and put 2 tablespoons fat free cool whip on one 1/2... put the other 1/2 on top like a sandwich. Wrap in plastic wrap. Freeze. Easy easy. (the longer you freeze, the softer the cracker will get, closer to the REAL deal)

I don't eat these often, but when I'm craving ice cream, this hits the spot. YUM.
