mexican tuna suprise......

Tweetwow i was about to suggest this site have a recipe section and what do u know...... anyway here goes:

i can tuna drained
i can rotel tomatoes{prefferrably with lime juice}
1 tablespoon olive oil(u can use pam)
1teaspoon mince garlic
chili powder to taste
small shake of lemon pepper
1/4 to1/2 cup fat free cheddar cheese
pinch of oregano

heat oil over medium heat.. add tomatoes, garlic ,oregano, and sprinkle generously with chili powder. add dash of lemon pepper.....let cook for five minutes.....add tuna and stir while cooking for a couple of minutes...add cheese and stir for a minute until melted..
