chest, legs, tris, shoulders and back once per week
claves ( i know), bis, traps more often. you should be fine training them twice.
you have to figure that during chest you hit shoulders a little, and during shoulders you hit tris, and during back may hit some glutes, etc. just my theory, and it works fine for me.
TweetHitting each bodypart once per week is fine. Go more so on how you feel than by how many days a week you train.
