Please tell me exactly what to get checked and what normal levels for those items range from.

Going to do pre cycle, a couple mid cycle and post.

If someone could attach a sample of blood work they've had done, that would be great. Obviously cross out confidential info.

We should really push this more on new members.

      Any other tips:
How to ask the doc, etc.

I am not sure how to attach a final lab report. Ask your medical provider to do a complete workup. CBC, IGF-1(GH levels), Total Test, T3, T4, TSH, Hepatic function panel, Glucose panel, Protein intake, Full lipid panel. The referance range for all tests will be on the final lab report. It will advise you if your high or low. You can request a copy of the report from your medical provider. Its your right as a patient to not be denied a copy. Good Luck.

The normal blood work they run will cover it all.

      Include

      Liver Panel
      Kidney Panel
LH, FSH, Testosterone free and bound, E2, Prog, Prolactin, SHBG, PSA
      TSH (if interested)
      IGF, GH (if interested)
      Lipid Panel

The kidney, liver, and lipid is pretty standard. Depending on your age, you may have to really ***** to get the others done. It also depends on what your conserned with. IE, do you care what your LH is during mid cycle?

How to approach, well the standards are easy..just tell em you want a checkup. If your under oh..40 it may be hard to convince a doc the test related functions are nessicary. You may try the "i got some andro from GNC" or the "Im a med freak and want to know my levels" or the play dumb method of "im tired and i dont know why, i cant gain weight, and i have no sex drive" method.
