TweetMan any of you guys ever just plain get sick of watching what you eat, working out and just generally all aspects of BB !!
I am in a phase where I am just plain tired. I mean I want to have those late night snacks, those carb filled dinners, and all the junk food I can eat !!!
Shit I just need a break I guess. I figure the holidays is a good damn excuse !!!
Jan 1st I am planning a major come back though !!!!
Nice fat cycle and back on the wagon !!!!!
Bump for anyone that just like to get lazy once and a while !!! L.O.L.

TweetYep and to tell the truth I think it is good to take time off. I do it about twice a year and honestly I make great gains when I come back.
Presently I am at 250lbs at 6'1" body fat about 15-20%...I will never compete but my goal is 250lbs at 10% or less!
We shall see!
Tweetr goals r the same, but i want to hit the stage 1 day
Tweethell yea i get feed up i take a break 2 times a year
TweetLuckily or unluckily for me I travel with work every few months and I just kind of use those as "breaks" since there's usually no facilities for working out anywhere nearby. It's all about setting realistic goals and slowly working towards them
TweetDuring the holidays I frequently say that. Diets are for january. My farmers almanac says so.
TweetI feel yah bro. Sometimes I just get sick of the lifestyle in general. Then I take a break, put on a little fat - Enjoy Life - then get back to it. I love bodybuilding and it will allways be a great force in my life, but life should be pleasurable. It's too short to be unhappy if even for a while. So at those moments where I'm starting to burn out I step back and reflect on what is really important to me, my wife, family, friends - then I pay more attention to them for a while to put things back in perspective. So when I come back, I feel better than ever about it. I never stay gone for too long though...
The burden of originality is one that most people don't want to accept. They'd rather sit in front of the TV and let that tell them what they are suppose to like, what they're suppose to buy, and what they're suppose to laugh at. You have Beavis and Butthead telling you what music you're allowed to like and not like, and you've got sitcoms that have canned laughter that lets you know when to laugh if you're too stupid to know when the joke is. People are too lazy and too stupid to think for themselves because America has raised them that way.

TweetI have to agree. I thinks its good to take a "break" once in a while. But when you get back into it, its balls to the wall.
TweetYou lack discipline!
I always eat clean but if i feel for a candy bar or something ill have it. Ill just hit the gym harder the next day as a reward
