TweetI went to the Rocky Mountain BB show last night. Ronnie was guest poser. A friend of mine was in the show so we got to go back stage when Ronnie was warming up. Man that guy is HUGE. The sad part was how bad of shape he is in. After every set he would lay on the ground to catch his breath. I know the altitude is high (I live in Colorado), but come on. My friend got 4th over all in his first show. He got screwed because there was no light heavy weight so he was 185 and everyone else was 215 and over. Even so, he still beat several guys. If he would have dropped a couple more pounds he would have made middle and killed the entire class, but what can you do?
