Tweetthere is a sharp pain in my rear delt. it comes only when i do certain exercises. these include pec deck, and any flyes where my arms are past 90 deg. also the pain is strong when i do any shoulder or military presses, especially behind the back. need to get better, ive taken some time off of every exercise that agravates it. has anybody experienced this?

Yeah they can give you certain stretching excersizes to help and they'll probably tell you not to do behind the neck excersizes anymore.

TweetCould be a rotator cuff. When you have pain that persists like this you should go see a doc.
