im limiting my calories and trying to do 70 percent protein 15 percent fat 15percent carbs. this eating style has virtualy eliminated the willpower factor. i eat less than 1800 calories a day and i am never hungry. its great. but i am getting sick of tuna and cottage cheese. i need some suggestions for protein heavy preferably sodium light quick foods. i eat low sodium tuna , low fat cottage cheese, turkey burgers, occasionally some peanut butter, oatmeal, romaine salad w / oil and vinegar/ lean pork chops/lean steak. thats about it. the chops/salad/and steak are usually dinner, i need some suggestions for during the day , im usually confined to my office .

yeah, i found an actual good tasting protein bar (besides detour, who knows what is really in them) The Real protein bar, Pecan Pie Flavor, they are supposed to have no hydrolyzed gelatin or collagen, all complete protein.
Id eat a lot of steak, and actually shoot more for something like 60% protein and up the fat. That way u can throw in some PB in ur whey shakes, and eat a lot of sirloin.

Find a friend who deer hunts . If you cook deer right it is better than steak and as healthy as chicken and tuna. If you get some Let me know and I will give you some recipies.

I just about only eat tenderloin and cubed steak. Ilkie to marinate in Dales, fat free Italinan dressing, a little oarnge or lemon juice to get the game taste out. Cook it on the grill and make sue not to over cook it.Rare -medium rare is the best way. I like to use one of thse food injectors, it makes a world of difference. If you have some ground use it in spaghetti with wheat pasta. Mix 1lb of ground meat and hot sausage and use it in your chili recipie. I have also heard soaking it in buttermilk to get the "game taste" out. I like OJ or lemon juice though.

Let me know if you have anymore questions. Also, I dont know if you saw the post I did a while back on Tuna.It is a great recipie.Try a little olive oil in a pan pour your tuna in add some old bay or some kind of other cajon/seafood type seasoning. Fry it for about ten min.at the end put in a little balsamic vinager. It is not bad at all.
