JUST AMAZED THAT MY WEIGHT WENT UP SO FAST, YET DOWN IN BF SIGNIFANTLY CURRENTLY 5'11 236 18% FEEL STRONG AS HELL, NO GEAR. AND ON MY WAY TO THE GYM RIGHT NOW TO EAT A COUPLE MORE PLATES FOR BRUNCH.
