      IN THE PAST TWO WEEKS I HAVE GAINED 10 LBS SOLID, EATING ABOUT 3500-4000 CALS. BURNING ABOUT 4000 TO 4500 ALL HEALTHY AND IN ORDER. HIT THE GYM HARDER THAN EVER W/ NEW PROGRAM. JUST AMAZED THAT MY WEIGHT WENT UP SO FAST, YET DOWN IN BF SIGNIFANTLY CURRENTLY 5'11 236 18% FEEL STRONG AS HELL, NO GEAR. AND ON MY WAY TO THE GYM RIGHT NOW TO EAT A COUPLE MORE PLATES FOR BRUNCH.
