TweetI'm 5 weeks into a cycle of sust (350mg/wk, inject 150mg every 3 days) and var (40mg ed). I've gained about 5 lbs. so far (water I think) and I'm getting the best pumps I ever have. I'm eating regularly and clean. But I'm not growing as much as I expected and, more importantly, I'm not able to life much more weight. For example, my bench press is still stuck at 205.
Do you think raising the sust to 450mg will make much difference?
Have I been on it long enough that I should be able to lift more?

500 mg a week is good and split 2 shoots a week for beginners

TweetI eat about 6 times per day - every 2.5-3hrs.
I eat about 40g protein every meal -- mostly from chicken, raw tuna, sometimes turkey and, about once per week, beef.
I eat about 50-60g carbs every meal except the last
breakfast and post-workout are about 90-100g simple carbs - fruit juice, dried fruit, white potatoes
otherwise I stick to complex carbs like vegetables and lots of brown rice
I take multivitamins and fish oil. And I take creatine, glutamine, and amino acids before and after training.
I'm 30, been training about 5 years, 175lbs about 13%bf.
Last year I did my first cycle of only deca which was a mess of course.
This simple cycle of sust is my next attempt.
so maybe I'll take 200mg every 3 days -- about 450/wk
Tweetadding up your protein calories is about 960...carbs is about 1760....so thats 2720 without fat cal....you said ur eating clean so it can't be that much.....i say bump the dose to 200 mgs e 3rd day like u said and start eatin alot more....alot more

Tweeti know guys that can grow on 250mg of test a week. as long as your gear is legit i see no problem with the cycle u have, and to get the most out of your sust inject e3rd day. but if your diet, training, and rest arent in check you wont grow like u should.
