TweetI'm 28 and have been working off and on since i was 19. More off then on. I'm 5'10'' 140 lbs and have thought about doing a cycle.
I'm curious to know how much I could gain and how much I would keep if I kept working out.

TweetNo flame intended, but you should be serious about your weight training before you decide to use steroids. You say you are 5'10 140lbs, you could probably still make decent gains naturally. Do some more research before you make the decision.

JRockFL, how about you write down a typical dayz diet for you so we can help you with that before going on to helpin you with a cycle.
Tweetneed more info bro..what's the diet like?
Tweetmy bad i must have read to fast i over looked the weight oops must be the nyc eca combo its got me hyper as hell
TweetI'd say a good stack would start by stacking more food on your plate
All kidding aside, start with 200g of protein as your base of a 4000 calorie diet. This will get you ready for a cycle in the future, because to do a successful cycle you'll need to eat, eat and eat some more.
