I have used pretty regularly over the last 5 years and have had a few bouts with serious gynecomastia. I am offering this info to educate everyone on how to minimize the possibility of this happening to you. Keep in mind that my first bout with gyno came at the age of 15. No, I wasn't taking any anabolics. Apparently, I am at high risk to begin with. That being said, I have tried almost all types of test, deca and eq, gh, winstrol, clen, anavar, anadrol, dianabol, and others. I have to admit that the side effects (left tit) only became prominent with higher usage. I have done alot of research and now experienced 3 surgeries for 3 different bouts of gyno, and have come up with this: More is not better. I have noticed that the positives are barely increased when goind with a heavy dosage, but the negatives become much more apparent. The problems never occured during a normal 12-16 week cycle, running 600mg of test and other goodies along with that. It was when I got greedy. I thought, "If some is good, then more is better." It is this mentality that I urge you all to stay away from. Be smart and try not to break any dosage records. If you want quicker results, try upping your intensity or checking your diet. It just takes time.

      Good luck everybody,
      FIMgym

I'm sorry to hear about your struggles with gyno. If you're ever faced with surgery, you should have the entire gland removed. You could even do it on a proactive basis. This way, you get to kiss your gyno nightmares goodbye. Find youself a sports surgeon who is familiar with this procedure. Good luck.

Oh, and welcome! I see this is your first post. Why not pop into the intro forum and tell us a bit about yourself?

PS: I especially like the last two sentences of your post.

lol well u discovered exactly what i did myself....i myself have suffered from gyno 3 times but never had any surgery.....once when i was around 14 or so....then first cycle cause i was stupid.....and then after a long cycle....i had been off for 4-5 months and i got hit with it....i think i had a nolva rebound on that one....with every time the lumps went away....the last 2 nolva did get rid of....but i was always left with horrible pec fat thats hard to get rid of.....i want to see how bad it is when i get to 10-11% BF if its still bad i will consider the knife but not until then....oh and the gyno from a young age is front hittin puberty and having natural levels of high test....it sucks that we got that....it was so painful....my doc just said it will go away....but he did not tell me about the pec fat of course....i would imagine fighting the gyno at a young age (messin with your hormones) would not have been good....also welcome to the board

      Blink and edvedr:
Thanks for the quick response and positive feedback. I look forward to sharing my knowledge about products and learning alot from you as well. I have received alot of my info from a few books (I'm not sure if we are allowed to name names on this board) and some personal experiences as well as "helping" others.

      Thanks again,
