TweetI use a combination of Soeme' (sp) and Solaray's Total Cleanse for two wks or so. Also drinking alot of water, green tea and lemon. Yes, it is very good for the body to do this a few times a yr. I also like to get in a dry sauna when i can to cleanse the pores in the skin.

TweetWhew, thats expensive, lol. But i guess if it works, it is worth. I think I pay 16-20. for the Total Cleanse and maybe 15-20 for the Soeme'. Oh, reguardless which you use, i feel very good after using. You feel like you are renewed, invigorated, it is hard to describe. Also you feel more calmed and less stressed.

yes it is


I feel much better when I do it. It does suck to fast for a few days. My stomach feels lighter, hard to explain the feeling but I when I do it, I feel great.
