Tweetdon't apologize....hey if everyone gives me one suggestion i might be able to get most body parts
Tweetok i have been dreading this but i have put it off long enough....i broke my scaphoid in my wrist a few years back....they originally told me it was 4-6 months recovery so i have been puttin it off till i just found a specialist at yale university who claims only a month till i can start rehabing it.....well my question is what would u guys do during the off time....i am feeling way to motvated to start gettin lazy again.. i was figuring i was gonna work the crap out of my legs.....cardio.....and i am going to do shrugs on the calf machine and use te neck machine as well....i was curious if any of you knew of any exercises that would not hurt my wrist....i just somethin to maintain as best i could....probably not much but i figured i try

TweetWork the hell out of your core, legs....but dont rush the rehab on your wrist.
Tweetthat i plan on doin for sure....twice a week...one haeavy day and one light
TweetPig's got it right - work on legs, abs. This might be a good opportunity to cut, if you need to. Along the same lines as GP, you could hit rear delts using a machine, hit the pec deck. But definitely don't rush things, in terms of rehabbing the paw!
Tweetyes i do need to cut....i got lazy after vacation in aug and i put on plenty of fat, so i do plan on gettin ripped...i just hope i don't start gettin biglexia again and start thinkin i'm too skinny

Tweetwill you be able to pick up plates to load machines?
TweetI was out for 14 months. I mangled a finger. I could not even pick up the plates to load the leg press machine or anything.
Tweeti really have no idea how bad i will be.....o2 just had the same operation and his recovery is pretty slow, but i'm hoping that this specialist is correct in his prediction...he only does work on the scaphoid
Tweetcardio and legs and abs
TweetDamn. That would be pretty frustrating. I would work the shit out of my Core and Leg strength. You could really test that "Squat to make the rest of your body grow" theory. Either way, stay positive man.
Best of luck to you.
