? about a slin drink

15 weeks for all besides for gh which will run for a year and dbol for 4weeks

my ?is I was gonna drink a ABB xxl drink after my post workout slin shot but instead I was thinking about american bodybuildings mass recovery drink followed 1 hour with a large meal ,the drink is

cals-380
carbs-60g
sugars-6g
fat-0.5
protein-35g

does that seem decent enough? just the other drink I was goona use kills my stomac the xxl 1070 cals punishes me.

I make my own bro. Buy some corn sugar (dextrose) and the kool-aid (sugar free) Put 2.5 cups of dextrose instead of the recomended 1 cup of table sugar. One glass equals around 60-75 grams of carbs. Dex is fast acting, perfect for slin. I used it for the shot and the spike. Cost is "pennies a glass"

I can only speak from my experiences, but that might not be enough carbs. I use 7 grams of carbs per iu of slin..anything less i go hypo.Try it, but have a can of soda handy. Any light head,or weakness, slam the soda, and you will have to use more carbs next time.
I make my own. 40 gram protien, and 50/50 blend of dextrose,and maltodextrin. cheap, and effective.

maltodextrin, I was thinking about using that, just didn't know how to get it. Wouls it be in the same place I get the dextrose?

TweetYes, dextrose and maltodextrin are available at shops that sell beer brewing items. I pay about $5 for 4lbs of dextrose and about $5 for 1.5lbs of maltodextrin.

I have calculated (estimated) that using the scoop from an Optimum nutrition whey bucket, 1 scoop of dextrose is about 75g.

Cell tech is mostly dextrose, and to expensive for my taste.
