      fellas,

      Just bought some liqud Clen and sadly don't know how to use it. I've use the tablets before, and do love the results. However, I don't know how to take the liquid. Please help me in this area.

      I assume the cycle would look similar as far as tapering on and off. But since this is liquid and about 200mcgs/ ml. how do I break it up to the proper dosage? I don't want to have a heart attack

      Also, do I just put it under my tongue? mix it with water, juice or something? Please help me out.

      No need to take it with water or anything else, although you certainly can. There's also no need to taper down. Taper up as you normally do; I do something like 30-60-90-120-140 and usually stay at 140mcg when on.

      The trick in your case, is actually dosing measuring these doses. I would be inclined to use a syringe to measure out doses.

      yeah just use a syringe to measure, easy enough. also if you mix it with orange juice you wont even taste it

      yeah, CNW is what i got. First time trying it, so I hope the're reliable.

      BTW, thank you guys. you are very helpful.

      Also, I am kinda concerned that I may just be wasting my time when starting out with 1/8 ml, which would we roughly 20 mcgs. It s gonna be a tiny drop! do I put it under my tongue or what? I am afraid that if I mix it with juice it wont even reach my system. Oh well, may be I worry too much.

      Cant wait to get the shakes and the 6 pack that comes with it

      I drink mine with water jucie or whatever. Always get the shakes. I am super snesitive to it anyway. I ner go over 100mcg. I start with 40 and work my way up

      Tha shakes man, the shakes! I already up to 100/ 120 mcg but I shake like mohammed ali. This is quite embarrassing at work (sales), any thoughts on what to do? so far seeing decent results without exercising or dieting. I've had the flu so I just took it while doing nothing (not sure how safe, lol.)

      Anyway, I am offficially back to the gym tomorrow and will probably stay around 120mcgs. Any thoughts to avoid the shakes?

      Also, should I do 2 on, 2 off(on ECA or yohimbe) and so on, or should I just clen up all the way? Please feel free to advise.

      What else should I supplement with clen? I am currently drinking 1 gall water/day, potassium, taurine, protein, amino acids and a multivitamin. Also feel free to comment on what type of diet I should follow...

      I am 6'2'' 240, trying to trim down to 215 or so. my bf is probably around the 20s%

      As far as workouts, this is what I'll be doing. Cardio in the morning, on an empty stomach. 1 hr of weights in the evening, as well as one hr of swimming.

      Level off where you are at. Yes, you should run it 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off, using an ECA stack on your off weeks.

      There's not much that you can do about the shakes, comes with the territory. However, i will say, that you don't need to be taking it at all in order to achieve your goal.

      Diet and cardio are the main keys to fat loss. Run Weight Watchers, Atkins, CKD, any of those. Do 45-60 minutes of cardio in the AM. Lift heavy in the evening.

      Do this and watch the fat melt away.

      Here is something that I have found to help with the shakes

      I take the clen first thing in the morining, then i go workout and when I am finished the shakes are greatly diminished compared to if I took the clen and went to work.

      I don't know why this helps, but it does.

      not taking it all at once helps alot. split it up thru day so it doesn't hit you as hard.
