      History:

      Cycle 1
      Enth 500mg wk/ 1-12
      Winny 50mg ed/ 8-12

      Cycle 2
      Enth 700mg wk/ 1-12
      Eq 500mg wk/ 1-12
      Winny 50mg ed 8-12

      Cycle 3
      50mg dbol ed 1-4
      100 Tren ed 1-16
      100 Prop ed 1-16
      100mg winny ed 12-15 (Stopped because of shedding, no more winny for me)


      Now i want to setup another cutter cycle to go for about 12 weeks come March. This will give me a little over 5 months of recovery. (Cycle 3 ended Oct 04)

      What would you guys suggest. Was thinking of throwing in some T3 and Clen. One of my guys can get T3(20mcg)/T4(100mcg) tablets, never heard of them, maybe you can shed some light.

      Any help is of course always appreciated. Sides have been minimal with previos cycles.

      6'2"
      245
      16% BF

      Goal = 240-250 @ 10-12%BF

      Prop-125-150mgs ED-wks-13
      Tren-100mgs EOD-wks-13
      EQ-600mgs-wks-13
      Clen-80-140mcgs ED...Know your limit
      B12-100mcgs ED-wks-1-13

      Drink plenty of green tea to speed up metabolism. I like Clen over T3, I'm weird like that. I've done 140mcgs ED for 20 days on and 14 days off. I will tell you that while you're on clen and tren, good luck with the sleep. Might want to get some melatonin.

      And make sure you take your r-ala, thistle, multi-v, pct, etc....

      Question: Do you really think the r-ala and thistle really help??

      I am getting there. I started @ 330 #'s approx 3 years ago. I am now 245 @ 16% , just really need to concentrate on the mid section and the cardio. I have started to blast abs and things are getting better. I am very pleased with my last cycle's results. I can now see veins throughout my arms and shoulders, legs as well. Just need all the BS in the middle to tighten up and drop those extra pounds.

      Old Stats:
      6'2"
      330
      44 waist
      50 chest (bad way)
      @ least 30% bf

      New stats
      6'2"
      245
      36-38" wasit (dam quads can barley get into a 38)
      48" chest (in a good way)

      So i am thinkin this next one may allow me to show some shots on FG.

      IMO, wait on the cutter. You can get your BF down with diet and cardio alone. Others may disagree, but, I think that cutters are for folks who are competing, and need to get to whatever single-digit BF% that they need to, while preserving hard-earned muscle. Be patient! Lose naturally, save your $$$ for a good bulker and you'll be much happier in the end, bro!

      Rado gave a good example of a cutter, however, if your diet/cardio isn't seriously dialed in, you'll be wasting time and money, and will end up frustrated in the end.

      O i agree with you, i am planning to keep the diet on point and hit the cardio over the next 5 months before the cutter. I like my size now, really don't want to get any bigger, just more defined and solid.

      I want to see what i look like when i am cut and all this BS is gone, then i will decide if i need to get bigger ..

      Diet has been on point now for a while, just need to buckle down the cardio. If i haven't made any progress in the next 5 months naturally, i will hold off on the cycle. Not interested in throwing money away

      I agree with Blink, didn't notice the bf. I'd go for at least 45minutes of cardio ed 5-6 day a wk and watch the sat fats, and carbs. You sould be there in no time if you have 5 months to work with.

      Not to get off subject of the thread, but does B-12 really make you feel that great? My uncle whose health isn't tops takes B-12 and he tells me the same thing. His words exactly that it makes him feel great. I thought it just helped with appetite.

      Well B12 helps regulate appetite, mood, temperature and energy.

      The biggest thing i am trying to figure out is how to deal with my increased appetite, ever since i started taking it, i am almost always hungry

      That's all I've ever heard is that it increases appetite. I haven't looked into it really though. But if it does all that it sounds worth having.
