TweetI know that normally you would want to consume atleast 1.0 to 1.5 grams of protien per lean bodyweight. But what about when your on a cycle of AAS? I have usually just ate a hell of alot of protein, but does anyone know of a solid figure as to how much you should eat on a cycle or if there is a different ratio depending on what AAS your taking?
