Tweeti don't really use any ready to drink formulas...but as for bars...nitro-tech and balance bars are pretty good
TweetI wait tables so i'm on my feet 5 -7 hrs at a time without being able to eat. It sucks so bad, especially if I work lunch and want to workout afterwards. I need to get either some ready to drink mrps or if I have to some bars I can keep hidden in my apron. What do ya'll suggest as the best ones?

TweetABB ready to drinks would probably be your best bet. I'm not sure on the bars...just find one that suits your needs calorie wise.

TweetPremier Eight-cookies and cream-they are by far the best tasting protein bar i have ever eaten.
Tweetabb products rock, and eas makes myoplex rtd
TweetI like the balance bars
TweetDETOUR BARS AND LEAN BODY BANANA SPLIT ARE GOOD
TweetYou might buy yourself several Shakers and throw a scoop of whey in each before work. Just add water and shake, it doesn't get easier than that. You could also add dextrose and creatine or glutamine depending on your diet.
Tweetyeh bro i bartend and have the same prob, i like the abb or met rx or lean body rtd drinks or the lean body banan split bars
Tweetabb all the way...........alot of variety
TweetNitrotech bars all the way!
TweetBUMP.
Anyone have any protein bars to suggest? Looking for ones that dont lead off with soy, and have not so much sugar/~12g ok (pref. good carbs) and low sat fat
TweetTry the Balance and Balance Gold bars in the Cookie Dough, Honey Nut, or Chocolate Caramel. All of them taste just like a candy bar and not very high in fats. You can get them at a reasonable price at dpsnutrition.com.
TweetI worked for a bank for 2 years and i know what thats like. If you have access to a fridge use real food. chicken salad, tuna salad, stalone pudding. I have used abb pure pro cans when i was in a pinch. But honestly, make friends with the chef or something bc you cant beat real food.
Tweeti bartend as well, abb xxxl 1100 calories, lots of complex carbs, 40 or so grams of protein. Its a good drink to add calories while im at work. Ive tried them all and this is the best way to keep my weight up. One word of caution, try it first when not working to make sure it doesnt rip ur stomach apart. First few times it gave me some bad diarrhea. Drink it slowly. i also do the plain grilled chicken breast sometimes.
