Just wondering, when would be the best time to start my HCG therapy.Today will be my last sust.250 shot, been on for like 10 wks.
And also is HCG going to help me keep my gains or should I throw something else in there?

TweetYou are going to get alot of different opinions on this. Meaning when to start and how much HCG to take and how often. Well, this is my take. Start the HCG once the cycle is over for 2 weeks at 5000 iu's per week, breaking up the shots into multiple suq-q injections. Good Luck.
