      Tell him to join

I would worry about diet 1st before doing a cycle. Maybe a diet that has roughly 500g's of protein a day with 100g's of carbs or less. Keeping the fat intake average. Make sure he eats all his carbs before 4pm.

He can take some Xenadrine's to help out curb his hunger. I would stay away for now(AS) and diet for about 3-4 months, train solid and keep the cardio at 3-4x's a week. If he can do this, he'll get some nice results.

AS is not always the answer to everything.

He can take a cutter if he wants, but if he does not do what I just mentioned, he pretty much just wasted his money and time.

      Good luck.

I take ephedrine not too much though, just enough to get me going, and do cardio if not on a cycle for cutting, or course diet is key. I run 2.5 miles and brisk walk for total of 3 miles 5 days a wk. We should get some background on his diet and training before making a judgement call.

IMO, he does not have enough muscle mass to consider "cutting". 12 weeks of test only, enanth or cyp @500mg per week. Arimidex .25mg ed. 200g protein a day and do not cut carbs. Eat clean and a LOT. Lift heavy and consistenly 4 days a week. The body fat percentage will go down, and the muscle mass will increase. He must build the foundation before he can sculpt it with a "cutter". I don't anyone should think about cutting for a first time cycle.

      I beg to differ here.

If he cuts carbs, he'll lose some fat. I think he should be consuming more proteint than this here

i would never run test if i was over 15% body fat, i say train hard and cut with a lil diet and dedication he could easily cut.

Yeah, I understand the "cutting" idea. My point is that he does not have enough mass to think about cutting...in my opinion. If it were me and my stats, I would concentrate to change the 185lbs/18% to 185lbs/12% which is not cutting, but building mass. That is why I added my suggestion for the test only. I do have a different approach from some people though. Just a different way of looking at things.

I kinda tend to agree with Badaz32, tell him to try and get his bf down to at least 14% with good amount of cardio, and if he has doesnt have heart probs i like alittle ephedrine, or yes he can take the xenedrine or some other thermo. With the proper diet he should have no prob getting there, just takes some dedication. Than later think of the aas. For a first cycle 400-500mg/wk cypionate or enathate for 10wks. Id run ldex or aroma @ .25mg thruout. Two wk after last inject follow pct with clomid or nolva.

if he doesnt have the dedication to get under 15% bf which should not be that hard, then how could he ever have the dedication to run aas. diet is 10 times more important on aas.
