TweetI don't know if I even believe that shit...lol. If so, he is a dumbass. And I have never heard nor seen anyone spinning at the gym.
TweetWhat a dumbass this newbie was. This is why reading before using gear is just so damn important.
Gear user forgets to spin

We all know steroids are illegal. But how many of us know how to use them if we had to? Jason Futterman knows, because he learned the hard way. "I guess I was just excited", Futterman told us Friday "I had found this box of gear in a McDonalds bag at my gym." For those who don't use highly illegal and deadly steroids (a.k.a. roids, gear, and fluffers) bodybuilders use McDonalds bags as an inconspicuous means of transporting the illegal substance. "I thought 'gee wizz Merry Christmas Jason!' and I started a cycle right away by following the instructions on the vials. I knew it was good stuff the second I drank the first vial."
But what Jason didn't know was what to do next. Futterman immediately started an intense workout. Half way through the workout his nose started to bleed. "I had no idea it was necessary to relieve the blood pressure caused by this stuff" said Futterman, "Heck I've seen guys spinning in the gym but I thought they were just having fun."
Spinning in circles with their arms held out is how bodybuilders bring down their dangerously elevated blood pressure caused by steroids during a workout. Educated steroid users know to spin for 90 seconds after every third set. (A set is the number of times a bodybuilder sits during his workout)
"I was really lucky" admitted the bleeding Futterman. If one of those big guys hadn't grabbed me and started spinning me I probably would have exploded or bled to death."
Jason Fettering will not be using steroids again anytime soon. "I've learned my lesson. From now on I'll only use stuff from GNC."

Government is not reason; it is not eloquent; it is force. Like fire, it is a dangerous servant and a fearful master. George Washington
I do not condone the use of, nor do I use anabolic or androgenic steroids. My participation on these boards is for informational purposes only. I have done extensive research of AAS and enjoy discussing them for role playing enjoyment.
TweetWTF was that???

TweetAnyone who takes this serious, please PM me. I will pay $$$ to buy a plane ticket and fly out to your state or Country to work out with you for one day, so I can piss myself laughing as you spin on your 3rd set. Obviously, by the smile next to Mr Benz post, this was a joke. Or at the very least, an attempt to see if someone would say "Yea, I heard of that before and do it often!"
TweetThe most hilarious part is that some people think this is a real newspaper article.
TweetWe should have kept it going, because I would have bet money someone would have come up with a medical explanation for it and said they spin often on their 3rd set.
TweetLMAO if i see someone at my gym spinning im going to slap the shit out of them
TweetThat's true ---- every time I go to the gym I see bros inconspicuously transporting fluffers in McDonald's bags and spinning after every 3 sets.....
And, obviously, it is very important to read the vial of deca, test or any other fluffer before drinking it......
TweetJesus.. remind me never to read anything from the "post new york bureau", it's obvious they don't research their articles.
RIP BigJim33 & GearedUp: You are sorely missed my friends.
Hindsight is always 20/20. But looking back it's still a bit fuzzy.
TweetDo you drink it straight or mix it with a carb drink for quicker delivery? When spinning, are the revolutions equal to the mg/ml or do you spin based on the reps completed in each of the 3 sets?
TweetI think revolutions per minute is directly proportional to actual work done per 3 sets (force x distance).Originally Posted by kite
