      Ive read all of the profiles I could find on cytomel, and damn near all of the warnings about how it could permanently damageing if abused. For anybody who has ever used it, how effective is it and what if any side effects did you have from it? Did you use any anabolics with it to aid in fat loss besides clen?

      i would never run t-3 without an androgen the thyrid hormone is indescriminant, if ran without aas i would only do 12.5 mcg a day and use it long term, you wouldn't want to ramp up to 100 mcg without anabolics. running clen with it two weeks on and 2 off helps alot. i think most of the side effects come from clen because at 120mcg i shake worse than being on ephedra. also if your diet is not in check you will just be throwing away money.

      Ive always heard that running t3 with steroids is beneficial to the user because of the thyroid action of the drug helps the body to utilize the protiens that you ingest to build or sustain muscle. Basically it enhances the effect of whatever steroid the user chooses. T3 alone does not discriminate btwn. fat and lbm it eats tissue period. Should I just start at 25 mcg/day split into 3 doses throughout the day and then slowly increase up but dont exceed 100 mcg/daily? Also is there any verifiable scientific evidence that states T3 causes thyroid shutdown in humans after prolonged-high dose use.?

      if u run it on aas i would recomend the following.
      week 1 20mcg
      week 2 40mcg
      week 3 60mcg
      week 4 60mcg
      week 5 40mcg
      week 6 20mcg and the last 3 days at 10mcg
      this is if they ar 20mcg pills if they are 25 adjust accordingly

      if your not running it with aas i would run 12.5 mcg a day for a longer period of time like 3-6 months and it should not have negative effects on the thyroid.
      if your not running aas high doses of t-3 will eat away muscle because it is indiscriminant like i stated before.

      new to the post, i used to be a dancer and very much in perfect shape. quit dancing and now 5 months later need new diet and excercise plan. i have heard of T3, i need to lose 20 lbs.... i really hate myself right now size 3 to almost a 9. working full time at a bank and i have that secretary spread going on. i tried to send a pic for my profile but all pics too many pixels what i used to look like also did some wrestling videos my ring name was sexy smothering satine. i want to be thin again and stay that way.

      I have yet to see a study showing permanent damage to the Thyroid from T3 supplementation. If someone has one...please post.

      As far as usage, I agree with running it in conjuction with AS since it does not discriminate about what it eats away at. I have always used the following when cycling it...

      20% ramp up, 30% level, 50% ramp down. I will run upwards of 120mcg/day at level portion of cycle. I run it in conjuction with clen and ECA with great results. However, unless my diet is clean (I'll run a high protein/low carb diet), all of the above won't do shit for me.

      i have done it wt clen and was a killer fat burner:
      i got the cynomel and it was 25mcg a tab....
      and i did it for 5 weeks, and first 2 weeks, i did 1 tb 25 and then up to 50 mcg which is 2tbs and i took 1 in the morning and the other before gym......

      I ran it for about 12 weeks 75 mcg ed for most of it with great results i tapered off slowly and had no probs at all

      I always build up and taper off w/T3. You never want to take too much, and I've never heard of anyone taking more than 100mcg per day. I also think you should go 4 weeks on, 4 weeks off to allow your body to return back to normal levels.

      Have used the clen/T3 combo myself and lost a good amount of weight on it. It seem to me to be very good for quick loss.

      Personally I think it works best when I keep my diet clean while on and definately when off. While it's great to have in the arsenal, I would never use this or anything else to make up for poor diet and sloppy eating habits.

      I am not sure you guys are using enough !! My wife and I found some info on another board, this guy seemed to really know what he was talking about and some of the guys that followed his system got good results. My Wife is not huge by any means, 5'5 and 140, lots of muscle from working out over the last 3 years with me. She takes 125mcg for 5 days, then 75mcg for 1 day and 25mcg for 1 day, with 5 days off.... then repeats the cycle. She has recently had her thyroid checked after being off for a month, and it came back normal. She has also been running this for about one year like this with pretty good results as she had been 160.
      Just my 2 cents, but the guy Mallet from the board really seems to know his T3's.
