8 oz Non-Fat Plain Yogurt
1 can (6 oz) Frozen Orange Juice Concentrate
2 1/2 cups Skim Milk
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
2 Scoops Protein Powder of Choice
Put ingredients in blender, blend until smooth, add ice and blend to give it a frozen smoothie consistency. This recipe yields 6, 3/4 cup servings.
