Tweet50 mcg a day for 5 weeks, spilt up 2 tbs a day, 1 morning and the other before gym, i have done it before, good stuff
TweetI split it since it has a short half-life. First dosing's gotta be taken first thing in the morning though so your basal temp is increased around the second hour after dosing.
