Tweetyeah moveing the pin around probley isnt a good Idea maybe have some one else do it and find another inject site
TweetToday was the first day of my cycle, which consists of T400 and QV Deca 300 (1CC of each for 10 weeks), and Winstrol weeks 9-13 followed by clomid therapy (liquidex on hand). Anyway, I heard that mixing the T400 with deca would alleviate the pain, but I guess I'm not as lucky. The shot was in my glute, and wow, I'm in A LOT of pain now. I took a hot shower after the shot and massaged my glute for around 15 minutes. Any other advice? My damn friend was shaking like he was having an epileptic seizure, so that probably didn't help matters. Bastard.

Tweeti inject my bro's quads for him since they seem to get the least amount of pain, at least for me....he hates needles but that is off topic......since t400 is painful i mix 1cc t400 with 2cc of eq, and there is no pain he said. i inject very slow though which helps. also try putting the t400 in the pin second so it goes into the muscl first...don't know if this matters but that's what i have been doing

Tweetkeep the needle steady. and you will feel alot less pain
Tweett-400=pain
TweetOne more thing that helped me was to heat the gear in the seringe by running it under hot water for a while. The more inj. you do the less painful they should become.
TweetSh!t, I thought it was bad yesterday, but it's been almost 24hrs since the injection and the pain is much much worse. Any idea when it should start feeling better?
On a side note, I think I'm going to kick my friend's ass for shaking so damn much.
Tweet50, my boy i injected was fine after each inject, but i have another friend that was really smart and did 1 cc into each delt at the same time and he hurt for about a week
TweetI heated my t-400 in the syrnge in the microwave!!! and it made a little bit of a difference.....
TweetDo you guys think a heating pad would help? I know I'm sounding like a total b!tch right now, but I swear I'm not. I don't have one, but if you guys say it would help I'd be on my way to the store right now!
