Also it states that there is no proof that it protects or doesn't. Most articles ive read among the three A, C, and E vitamins are more to the contrairy with substantial evidence that especially the C and E are very helpfull as a supplement to the body. C with helping the heart function and circulation etc and E there has been studies that is helpful in preventing Alzhimers, not to mention the skin and vasculatory systems. Interesting read though, but unfounded, imo.
