last night i was gonna inject in my left quad and when i aspirated a milky red gooey liquid came in to the syringe, so i took it out and then i tried the right quad same thing. neither of the quad are swollen, hot to touch, no redness on the skin either so my question is wtf is goin on? any ideas guys cuz this is really weird. and each quad only gets hit once a week.

Amoxicillin is a good overall anti-bio.

He is right, but look at it very closely for not only swelling/pain, but changes in skin color. Might be good idea to get some anti-biotics, and have on hand, so if something happens it won't be too late. Certain bacteria, and gangrene can set in very quickly and before you know its too late. Don't mean to alarm you but it may be wise to take some for a wk or so just to be on the safe side.

after reading your post again, I think you'll be fine, you could do what mick said, but I think it's ok. sounds like a build up and that happens frequently for those who don't rotate enough.

try doing the lats, calfs, chest, traps...good luck and hope it gets better.

I had an abcess removed about 8 yrs ago was not fun...
there are better anti-biotics for that than Amoxicillin but I can't think of em now may do a search hope you have some on hand don't panic yet now...
