      I need to cut down my bodyfat

      here is My deit

      Breakfest(7:30 am)
      2 egg whites w/one yolk
      3/4 cups of oatmeal w/ once scoop of whey
      water
      mutli vit and 1500 mg of vit c


      Lunch ( 11:05)
      Tin of Tuna w/salsa
      1 yogrant w/ scoop of whey
      1 tbsp of udo's oil
      Glass of water

      Mid after noon (1:30)(in class)
      17 gram Protein drink

      Supper
      2 peices of chicken,fish,meat etc...
      1 cup of green veggies


      During work drink
      Ice Tea PLasmoval
      Post work out drink
      35 gram protein drink w/ teaspoon of udo oil

      Cardio IN monrings when ever I can
      I am going to HIT training, and plus 20 mins cardio after work outs
      45 mins of carido on days off

      30 mins beofre bed a peiace of chicken,meat/ fish or 4 hard boils eggs


      Supplments
      Sportlabs- whey,creatine,eca stack

      You need to break up your vitamin c doses, spread them out over the day, not all at once. The body can only absorb so much at a time. I know that your over to ripped canadians, do a search over there on Vitamin C, i did a post on it a couple weeks ago.

      i'd also cut out the glass of 2% milk and yougurt, they contain simple carbs which you want to avoid when cutting. Throw in some oats or brown rice here. I know it can be tuff when your at school. Raw veggies are another suggestion there.
      i'd also move my morning serving of udo's oil to your afternoon protein shake, to slow absorption.
      also depending on the time that you are working out, I'd move one of those peices of meat from supper to just before bed, you need a slow acting protein at this time.

      other then that looks good. keep us updated on progress!:2gunsfiri

      glutamine as well. 15-20g/day, help prevent catabolism

      No I havn;'t yet I dunno what it suppose to do or when to take it, I just sitkc with my normal Whey,Creatine, and eca stack

      BUt I might try it if I come up with some cash
      If I do what do yuo guys tihnk I should get glutmineor ALA??
      IAm taking creatine even tho IAm cutting it hepls from losing muslce

      And in stead of eatitng a pieace of meat before I go to bed could I just dirnk a protein shake?? what would I put in it to make it slow down abit?? My mom just yelled at me for eatitng to much chicken oo well

      Your carb sources and intake times make no sense bro. They should be around your workout. The ammounts seem very small too. Try something like this:

      Meal 1: 12 egg whites

      Meal 2: 40g protein shake w/tbls Udo's

      Meal 3: 6-8oz chicken breast

      Meal 4: Same as 2

      PreWorkout - have an apple or something small with just a few carbs

      Workout

      Meal 5: Shake w/ 35g protein and 50g of dextrose

      Meal 6: 4oz chicken breast and a 1/2 cup of oat bran


      It doesn't need to be just like what I posted, but you get the idea.
