These things kick ass

1 cup Natural Peanut Butter
1 cup Oatmeal
1/2 cup Honey (I use 1/4cup)
1 1/4 cup Whey Protein

Put the Peanut Butter and Honey in a glass bowl.
Place in the microwave for 80-100 seconds.
Add Oatmeal and Protein and mix for 2 minutes.
Add mixture to an 8x8 pan. Put in the refridgerator for 20 minutes, cut into even bars. Enjoy!
