      First AS cycle.300mg test and deca twice a week.How often should I train being that I am on AS.Do I still need as much rest days or should I train everyday.The goal for me is bulk with cut.What type of diet should I be on to get this goal.And if I dont get 1.5 grams of protein a day will my goal still work.I am a stocky built.Also having problems loosing stomack fat.

      train 4-5 days. you always need rest. you grow when you rest ; not when you are in the weight room.

      I gain very well on 1g protien/lb of body weight.
