      Is it over training if ur activity level is very low and geting at least 10 hours of sleep every 24 hours...

      Is this over training even on 500test and 400 eq? and Ds?

      Working a muscle one a week isnt overtrainning. How many sets do you do per bodypart. Or it could be your diet is off.

      Doesn't look like overtraining to me, especially if you are on a cycle, unless you do 2hrs. workouts.

      You have to consider your daily activity level. Student and construction worker are not equally tired after the work day.
      If your job takes a lot of you, you may be overtraining.

      ya actually my job is just one ahour every night... its not vey hard either.. im a student so my activity level is minimum .. i hardly walk ...


      So i guess i follow it the way it is ... thnx guys

      the schedule you posted isnt overtraining, especially on gear. you could even train a little more often as cirrus said.

      Its true, what happens to a few people I know on juice overtrain because they recover so fast then they end up tearing a bicep or there chest and end up having to drop the juice and recover for several months. If you feel like you are over training, remember that your joints dont strengthen like your muscles do, and eventhough your muscles can handle a 400 pound bench press, maybe your wrist/elbow/etc. cant.

      very true... i ended up getting tendonitis in my left forewarm and bursitis in both my shoulders...
